If you have a sudden hearing loss, please call our office at (856) 602-4000 to schedule an appointment.

Upon appointment approval, you will receive a confirmation through text and email. If requesting an appointment online, you will receive a confirmation through text or email once your appointment is approved. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please call our office to verify your appointment before coming into the office.

The insurance fields need to be completed in order to approve your appointment request. You will also need to upload an image of your insurance card. Please also bring your insurance card, photo id, and referral (if one is required) to your appointment.

If your treatment plan requires a hearing test, Advanced ENT & Allergy will do their best to accommodate you at your first visit. However, a second visit may be needed.

Advanced ENT & Allergy does not participate in the following insurances:

Current Allergy Patients

Adult or pediatric allergy patients can text us at (856) 420-7939, sign into our patient portal, or call (856) 602-4000 to schedule an appointment.

If you are scheduling with our allergists, your appointment will consist of a consultation and testing. Expect to be in our office for at least 60 minutes. Please review the medications to stop prior to your appointment.

Hoping for an Earlier Appointment?

Through a HIPAA compliant software, we will text you if an earlier appointment opens up. Be the first to text back the magic word and the earlier appointment is yours!  

  • To claim the appointment, text back the word the text asks you to reply with. If you are the first to reply, we reschedule your appointment into the earlier appointment automatically.   
  • If you do not want the appointment or don’t get the appointment, your existing appointment is unaffected.
  • To unsubscribe from future texts, text back the word ‘Stop’.
