Pairing Your Hearing Aids After iPhone iOS 15.4 Update Posted on March 24, 2022 by Advanced ENT & Allergy After updating iPhone software to iOS 15.4, some users of Bluetooth® enabled hearing aids—including many or most of the global brands of hearing aids—may experience problems pairing the devices to their apps. This applies to iPhones only and NOT Android cell phones. Users will need to unpair and re-pair their devices to their hearing aid apps. To find help with the process, please call your specific manufacturer connectivity hotline below. There may be a longer than usual wait time, but they are best equipped to help you with this issue.
