Termination of Horizon NJ Health

Despite our best efforts to negotiate a reasonable contract with Horizon NJ Health, they have been unresponsive to our requests. As a result, we regrettably had no choice but to issue a letter of termination. Effective August 8th, 2024, we will become an out of network provider with Horizon NJ Health.

If you currently receive allergy shots with our practice, please note that we will continue to administer your allergy shots for up to 120 days after our network termination. At the end of this period, you will receive your allergy serum and guidance on where to continue your treatment.
