As a result, we regrettably had no choice but to issue a letter of termination. Effective August 8th, 2024, we will become an out of network provider with Horizon NJ Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you currently receive allergy shots with our practice, please note that we will continue to administer your allergy shots for up to 120 days after our network termination.
