Advanced ENT & Allergy will have a new patient portal effective February 3, 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have an account on our previous portal (click here<\/strong><\/a>), you may still access that information. However, Advanced ENT & Allergy can no longer communicate with you through this portal.\u00a0Please note that your information on the previous portal will not transfer to the new portal.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you wish to create an account on our new portal, you will need to\u00a0contact our staff\u00a0and provide them with your email address. Our staff will activate your portal account and email you your portal login information along with a link to the portal. The invitation is valid for 72 hours. If you are unable to access the portal within the 72 hour time frame, please visit\u00a0advancedent.ema.md<\/a><\/strong>. Select continue as patient and then click forgot password. Fill in your username (email), date of birth, last name and then click request email. You will be emailed a new invitation to the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
