After updating cell phone software, some users of Bluetooth\u00ae<\/sup> enabled hearing aids\u2014including many or most of the global brands of hearing aids\u2014may experience problems pairing the devices to their apps. Users will need to unpair and re-pair their devices to their hearing aid apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To find help with the process, please call your specific manufacturer connectivity hotline below. There may be a longer than usual wait time, but they are best equipped to help you with this issue. You can also visit YouTube and search for an instructional video. In the search bar, type in \u201cpairing [cell phone type] to [your manufacturer] hearing aids\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
