If you have a sudden hearing loss, please call our office at (856) 602-4000<\/span><\/a> to schedule an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon appointment approval, you will receive a confirmation through text and email. If requesting an appointment online, you will receive a confirmation through text or email once your appointment is approved. If you don\u2019t receive a confirmation, please call our office to verify your appointment before coming into the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The insurance fields need to be completed in order to approve your appointment request. You will also need to upload an image of your insurance card. Please also bring your insurance card, photo id, and referral (if one is required) to your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your treatment plan requires a hearing test, Advanced ENT & Allergy will do their best to accommodate you at your first visit. However, a second visit may be needed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
