He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery \/ Otolaryngology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Shah is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology \u2013 Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He serves as Program Director of Otolaryngology at Lourdes Specialty Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Shah is a native of upstate New York near Albany which likely influenced his love of skiing at an early age. He is an avid skier, and to this day, he will attempt any run. He also played tennis in college and continues to enjoy the sport. He loves to travel in his spare time, but his favorite activity of all is being a dad and playing with his 2 young children. He and his wife, Shana, call parenthood their greatest achievement and pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Shah sees patients of all ages that are experiencing ear, nose and throat conditions of any type. His patients frequently comment that Dr. Shah is thorough, attentive and compassionate and welcomes their participation in their medical care plan.
