Dr. O\u2019Brien received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Buffalo and graduated cum laude. He completed his medical school at Stony Brook University in 2009. He was a recipient of the Glorney-Raisbeck Medical Student Grant in Cardiovascular Research and made the National Dean\u2019s List.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Brien completed his internship and residency training in the Department of Otolaryngology \u2013 Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Rochester in 2014. He stayed on as a faculty member at the University to train other residents and promote education during his three-year faculty position.&nbsp; Prior to joining Advanced ENT &amp; Allergy, he held a faculty position at Thomas Jefferson University in the Department of Otolaryngology \u2013 Head and Neck Surgery.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Brien is an active member of the\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.entnet.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>American Academy of Otolaryngology \u2013 Head and Neck Surgery<\/strong><\/a>\u202fand has authored multiple peer reviewed publications.
