Patient Service Representative

Multi-location, multi-physician practice has immediate opening for a Patient Service Representative.  This high profile front desk position is a central part of the medical office team and demands a candidate with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ablity to adapt to  a high-volume, fast-paced environment. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a “can do” approach to any task and must be punctual and reliable in opening the office at 6:30 AM and at times closing at 7:30 PM.  This position is 30-32 hours weekly with the opportunity for additional hours as the schedule dictates.  If necessary, travel to other office locations may occur in the same day.
